FitMapAI Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FitMapAI, operated by Halis Cem Şahin, collects and uses information when you use the FitMapAI mobile application.
Information We May Collect
- Account data such as email address and authentication identifiers.
- Profile data such as height, weight, age, gender, goals, training preferences, injuries, allergies and optional health notes you enter.
- Fitness and nutrition data such as workouts, food logs, water intake, weight records, meal photos, AI chat messages, AI memory/preferences and progress data.
- Purchase and entitlement status for subscriptions and in-app purchases processed through Apple.
- Support messages and app/device diagnostics needed to respond to issues and improve reliability.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure your account, sync your data, personalize calorie and macro estimates, generate workout and nutrition insights, provide AI coaching, process purchase entitlements, prevent abuse, improve app reliability and respond to support requests.
AI Processing Notice
FitMapAI includes AI coaching, AI reports and meal photo analysis. When you use AI features, your message, relevant profile context, fitness/nutrition data, AI memory and meal photo data may be sent to an AI service provider to generate a personalized response. AI output may be inaccurate and must not be treated as medical advice.
Third-Party Services
FitMapAI may use Supabase for authentication and cloud storage, Apple for in-app purchases and subscriptions, Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent, RevenueCat-related SDK components for purchase infrastructure if enabled, OpenFoodFacts for food search, and AI service providers for AI responses and meal analysis.
Advertising and Tracking
Advertising services may process identifiers and device information according to your consent choices and Apple privacy controls. You can limit tracking through iOS settings where available.
HealthKit
If you grant HealthKit access, FitMapAI uses that data only to improve app insights and reports. HealthKit data is not sold. You can revoke Health permissions in iOS Settings.
KVKK/GDPR Rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. You can also use in-app reset/delete tools where available. To make a request, contact us at fitmapai.support@gmail.com.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect data. No system is completely secure. We retain data while your account is active or as needed for app functionality, legal compliance, dispute resolution and abuse prevention.
